- 006 District Commander Eddie Johnson to Area 4 Deputy Chief
- Deputy Chief Wayne Gulliford from Area 4 to Area 1
- Commander Eric Carter lateraled from 004 to 006
- Deputy Chief Eddie Welch from Area 1 to IAD
The reorganization is 6 bureaus, each headed by a chief. The chiefs are:
- Patrol: Ernest Brown
- Detectives: Thomas Byrne
- Organized Crime: Nicholas Roti
- Internal Affairs: Juan Rivera
- Administrative Services: Beatrice Cuello
- Organizational Development: Brian Murphy
All Assistant Superintendents and Bureau Deputy Superintendent spots are eliminated.
