Just before 6 a.m. Saturday, Chicago Police officers found a man dead with a gunshot wound to his chest in the 9700 block of South Exchange.
Earlier at 4 a.m., a 19-year-old man was found shot with multiple wounds in the 5600 block of Shields, police said.
And at last count - no arrests. When are they making detectives again?
