How does Chicago top a weekend that included a few double shootings, a triple and two quadruples?
- A woman collapsed inside a currency exchange and four others were wounded after a shooting at a busy corner Monday in the South Shore neighborhood.
The shooting at 5:55 p.m. to East 75th Street and South Exchange Avenue — a busy intersection outside a Western Union currency exchange, officials said.
Witnesses said two men approached a group standing on a corner and opened fire.
Five people were hospitalized — four critically, officials said.
Nothing to see here, move along.
