A Northwest Side man was charged early this morning with heaving chunks of concrete at a large plate glass window at the 16th District police station in Jefferson Park Thursday night.

Borowiec, of the 5300 block of West Wolfram Street was charged with three counts of aggravated battery to a police officer, one count of criminal damage to property and one count of misdemeanor resisting arrest.
