A sharp eyed reader caught this in the NBC interview of lil Herbie (it appears at 1:21 of the linked video):
Can anyone think of a reason for holding his hand like that? Besides debilitating arthritis? We can think of a few, one of which involves habit, as in he habitually makes gang signs with his hands and can't help himself when the subconscious takes over.
So thank you NBC for being part of the problem, promoting gang culture over that of actual civilized society. And thanks for some goddamn awful reporting where you call the symbolism "gangster disciple" in nature when your own embedded links from the spring identify it as "maniac latin disciple." Your fact checking sucks as bad as your alleged "reporting." Our readers did far more research and linking to gang websites than you idiots did.
And be sure to catch Luis wiping away some crocodile tears at the end of the tape. What a phony. You know he's just hoping no one caught Herb's slip up with the hands - Luis saw it, he's reaching into the camera frame to end the interview and keep Herbie's hands down out of the shot.
