Missed OT Check Again?

Can anyone confirm? (We don't work special, so we can't tell)

• Check your overtime checks. Finance once again did not pay folks for working the OT Initiative the 29th of July.

A few possibilities (if true):

1. they actually have no money;
   
2. part of a ploy to give the impression of no money;
3. incompetence.

We're going to bet on a combination of #2 and #3 with a heavy emphasis on #3.
