Wow. Just wow. And this guy is in charge of the third largest city in America? In fact, he's scheduled to get $50,000 per speech at some point following his retirement. We just love this part of the speech where he's talking about the CHA high rises (starting around 2:10 and running for a few minutes):

We don't recall any government policies like those Daley claims existed. We do recall studies that show if you reward bad behavior, you get more of it. That seems to be the Machine's method of business in any event. How the hell did this idiot keep winning elections for so many years?
